The Rbroker Consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Rbroker application within a Capital Markets environment. The consultant will be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect identification, and ensuring that business workflows supported by Rbroker function correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Rbroker-related projects and enhancements.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Validate Capital Markets business processes supported by the Rbroker platform.
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, traders, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
- Serve as the Rbroker SME, providing functional guidance and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Review business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Support UAT planning and execution.
- Maintain testing documentation and test evidence in accordance with project standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with the Rbroker application.
- Good understanding of Capital Markets business processes and workflows.
- Experience creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading testing efforts and mentoring team members.
