We are seeking an experienced Program QA Lead to lead quality assurance activities across multiple banking programs and projects. The ideal candidate will define and drive the QA strategy, manage testing across complex enterprise initiatives, and collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant banking solutions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in banking applications and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA strategy and testing activities across multiple banking programs and projects.
Develop test plans, test strategies, and oversee end-to-end testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT, and automation).
Manage QA teams (onshore/offshore) and coordinate with business, development, and vendor teams.
Ensure application quality through defect management, risk assessment, and quality metrics reporting.
Support Agile/Waterfall delivery and ensure testing aligns with project timelines.
Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with banking, security, and regulatory standards.
Provide regular QA status updates to program stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

8+ years of QA experience, including leadership of enterprise testing programs.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center).
Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
API testing using Postman or SoapUI and strong SQL/database testing skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
